{Our Sunday Evening}

*Sunday night is date night...*

Tonight we wanted to do something a little different than the same old staying in thing.
So we went out!  We love McAlister's.  It's probably my new favorite sandwich place.
*****
I had the Turkey Cranberry salad {without the Turkey} and half of a Four Cheese-Griller and Tomato Slice.
Frank had half of a Philly Cheese Steak Hoagie with a side of coleslaw.
I read Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets...(again).
*****
We talked about CIU, future plans, each other, coffee, our food, babies, Kentucky, Hungary, rearranging the living room furniture, bulldog puppies, and a slough of other things.
I love spending time with my best friend, and I love that we get to take Sunday night, date night, as the one night specially set aside to work on our marriage and honor God in that way.
*****
How was your Sunday night, life lovers?
What good books have you been reading lately?

{Cannons || Phil Wickham}

Today's Song of the Day
because God is holy, great and mighty!
I am unworthy, but still He loves me!

Praise God today in all you do, life changers!
What ways do you feel closest to the Lord?

{Noah}

I'm looking forward to only a few movies to be honest.  I enjoy movies, but not nearly as much as most people do.  However, I know a good movie when I hear of one.  Right now, counting down until the Hobbit, I can't help but betray that I am actually THRILLED about a movie coming to theatres next spring.

|| NOAH ||

A few reasons why I know I will love this movie:
#1.  Emma Watson
#2.  Russel Crowe
#3.  Based off of Bible narrative of Noah
#4.  Emma Watson
#5.  Filmed on Nordic land (beautiful scenery)
#6.  Great directing by Darren Aronofsky
#7.  Although Hollywood-exaggerated, great depiction of a real event from over 4500 years ago
#8.  Emma Watson (and Logan Lerman)
#9.  Russel Crowe
#10.  Watch the trailer

Coming at ya' : : March 27, 2014!!!
So pumped.
What movies are you looking forward to in the coming months?

{Decorative Water}

This is the simplest way to decorate with glass jars and glass bottles:

  1. Fill the glass jars to desired water level.
  2. Drop 2 or 3 drops of colored food dye into the water.  More drops = darker color.
  3. Use the lid, or use a paper towel, to cover the nozzle to mix the food dye and the water then you're done!
This is a great way to decorate for all holidays: Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, or just for every day color-filled life!  If you want another way to decorate simply with bottles, you can use yarn

{Our Sunday Evening}

We like taking Sunday walks.  Sunday evening is always our date night :) Sunday is the Sabbath, and we honor it.  Sunday evening, we honor God through our marriage.  This past Sunday evening, we went for  walk in the woods behind our apartments.  We found some new trails we had never seen before, and we found some old trails that we haven't seen in a long time.  We had a LOT of fun, we talked, walked, and loved.  I love Sunday evenings, and I love spending them with you. :)

{I'll Be Yours || Those Dancing Days}

I saw some one listen to a song by Those Dancing Days on Spotify last night and it actually surprised me!  No one knows about this little Swedish band that went on 'hiatus' a few years ago!  But I was reminded of 'those dating days' for Frank and I - this was "our band".  And this song was "Our Song" for the time we were dating :)  I love you, sweetie!

"I'll be yours, and you're mine! And I'll be your friend, I'll stay 'til the end, I'll never stop loving you!"

{My Friends Today}

I've been in the library since 2 minutes after it opened (10:02).
It's been a good morning so far, a bit productive.
I've fixed the format of one of my Word Studies, and I have started on the Figurative Language.
My hopes are to get the Word Studies, Figurative Language and Context done by 5 today, when the library closes.  I have added on book after book, and I am surrounded now!
My Herm Final is on Acts 16:11-15.

I can add, now, another 3 hours to my Herm Final time!  I'll be going home for a quick lunch, coming back to my room here, and finishing up the Fig Lang before moving on to Context.  These books have been my friends today.  Thankful for them.  And sick of them.
